I have a photo of this same bird and I was looking at it. In my book, it shows Phoenicurus phoenicurus with black only on the neck, not the chest like this bird. But Phoenicurus phoenicurus has the white on the head. It is almost like this is a mix of the two?

Some of Ph. phoenicurus in Altai has black not only in throat but in breast too (sample1, sample3, sample3). Here (link) we discussed about black bib in ph. phoenicurus of Altai birds. We did it 5 years ago, but we just fixed a fact, nobody still knows is it special morph, subspecies, hybrid or something else. The same situation of black-backed Masked Wagtail we saw in our last nighting place morning.
